It’s summer time! While many people see the summer as a chance to get some rest and relaxation, members at Lighthouse Bible Church are busy gearing up for summer missions. This year, we are, again, privileged to send two teams-one to Argentina and one to the Czech Republic. Team members and senders are busy raising funds, planning logistics and preparing in prayer. In this edition of The Beacon, we wanted to take a look back at the brief history of Lighthouse Missions, before profiling the two 2007 Summer Missions Trips. Our aim is that you will be spurred on to pray for the teams, the missionaries they will assist and the unreached peoples they will encounter.
