Sorry that the post is a few hours late this week…I blame the Single’s Retreat and my own laziness in not doing laundry in a more proactive fashion. But enough about that…on to the links!
- So it seems like it’s been a very Proverbs month for some people, including former LBC member (and my friend) Tia Han, as well as Tim Keller. (WEB) If you get them mixed up, Pastor Keller is the taller one.
- Since I should probably put all the multi-link points near the top, Grace to You did a two-part series untitled “Fundamental Doctrine, Says Who?” which can be found here and here. (And they still haven’t fixed their RSS feed, and they continue to ignore my emails…just saying…if you know someone who does their tech support…). Over at Justin Taylor’s blog, he had a post in a similar vein. (WEB)
- Over at the Resurgence, they’ve wrapped up their interview of RC Sproul, but they have started a new series in which they interview Michael Horton. This week, they ask him what evangelical Christians should learn from mainline denominations. (VIDEO)
- Speaking of the Resurgence, they’ve started another new series called “Know Your Heretics.” This should be interesting; first up: Pelagius. (WEB)
- I’m not much of an iTunes guy, but I know a lot of people are. So you should be VERY excited that Westminster Seminary is now on iTunes. (AUDIO) And if you’re in my class, please notice that there’s a class by Cornelius Van Til. Not about him, by him. Have fun.
- Ok, this is really interesting stuff. Over at the Koinonia blog, Bill Mounce answers the question of “Where did John 5:4 go?” (WEB)
- Over at the Boundless blog (I think they changed their name again, I can’t keep up), they discuss the impact of the Tim Tebow Superbowl commercial. That’s definitely worth reading and reflecting on.
- On a more musical note (heh…that’s a pun, get it? “Musical note?” I’m so hilarious…), the Getty’s are having some kind of massive St. Patrick’s Day sale through the end of the month. (MUSIC)
- Speaking of St. Patrick, Russell Moore jotted down a few thoughts on What Evangelicals Can Learn From St. Patrick. (WEB) It has nothing to do with green beer, thank the Lord.
- And I had a few more, but I’m out of space, so let’s close with this quick video update from Matt Chandler regarding his condition. (VIDEO)
