{"id":2210,"date":"2010-10-01T01:00:51","date_gmt":"2010-10-01T09:00:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lighthousebc.com\/beacon\/?p=2210"},"modified":"2014-11-19T15:13:00","modified_gmt":"2014-11-19T23:13:00","slug":"weekly-links-10012010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lighthousebc.com\/beacon\/2010\/10\/01\/weekly-links-10012010\/","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Links (10\/1\/2010)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>by Stephen Rodgers<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Well hello again. \u00a0We seem to keep running into each other every Friday, have you noticed that? \u00a0Me too! \u00a0So, since you&#8217;ve come to expect it, here&#8217;s some interesting links that I thought you might enjoy this week&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIDEOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I thought people might enjoy a\u00a0passel\u00a0of videos for a change, so here&#8217;s some good ones that showed up this week.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mark Driscoll, Joshua Harris, and Francis Chan <a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/14452343\">discuss what&#8217;s going on with Francis Chan.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mark Dever, Mark Driscoll, and James MacDonald <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9Qh-WUTR7XQ&amp;feature=player_embedded\">discuss the role of the pastor in evangelism.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>CJ Mahaney and James MacDonald <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=er6FQHZsf-o&amp;feature=player_embedded\">discuss humility.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mark Dever, Mark Driscoll, and James MacDonald <a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/13082622\">discuss the multi-site church model.<\/a> (In case you weren&#8217;t aware, multi-site is something of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegospelcoalition.org\/article\/more-on-multisite\/\">hot topic<\/a> these days).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>APOLOGETICS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re interested in apologetics, then you might like to know that&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>David B.
