Jon Bloom from Desiring God lists some ways Moses led his flock and how he was reminded that spiritual leadership is hard and sometimes heartbreaking. However, he reminds us that God is our reward (Heb. 11:26), and so we can be hopeful.

Among other things, John Piper is famous for his helpful acronyms.
