So without further ado, here we go:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Andy Naselli has a post up on <a href=\"http:\/\/andynaselli.com\/harry-potter\">his rather positive reaction to the Harry Potter books<\/a>, along with a response to the <a href=\"http:\/\/andynaselli.com\/rebuked-about-harry-potter\">numerous write-ins he got rebuking him for enjoying Harry Potter<\/a>.  He recommends a s<a href=\"http:\/\/andynaselli.com\/radio-theatre-the-chronicles-of-narnia\">eries of essays by Kevin Bauder in dealing with the topic of &#8220;The Christian and Fantasy Literature.&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tim Challies wraps up his series on leadership in the home with a post on how a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.challies.com\/christian-living\/leadership-in-the-home-a-godly-man-provides\">Godly man provides<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Mark Driscoll continues his interview with RC Sproul, this week asking him about <a href=\"http:\/\/theresurgence.com\/2009\/12\/07\/r-c-sproul-and-alice-cooper\">his relationship with Alice Cooper.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Taking a theme from John Piper, Jared Wilson has a post on the them of <a href=\"http:\/\/gospeldrivenchurch.blogspot.com\/2009\/12\/dont-waste-your-calvinism.html\">&#8220;Don&#8217;t Waste Your Calvinism.&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Douglas Wilson has a post over at CREDENDAagenda regarding the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.credenda.org\/index.php\/Church\/the-potency-of-right-worship.html\">Potency of Right Worship.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Over at Evangel, Frank Turk has an interesting post up dealing with the idea of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.firstthings.com\/index.php?permalink=blogs&amp;blog=firstthoughts&amp;year=2009&amp;month=12&amp;entry_permalink=with-interest\">the intersection of God&#8217;s wrath and Christmas.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>And last but not least, over at the Irish Calvinist blog, Erik Raymond has a post up regarding how <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ordinarypastor.com\/?p=3744\">Your True Theology is Displayed not Merely Confessed.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Pro Rege<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>by Stephen Rodgers This week on the Beacon, we&#8217;ve got fewer links than usual, which should give you time to really think about the ones we have.
