If you are looking to be reimbursed by the church, you’ve come to the right place!
First of all, thank you for doing the work of the ministry! We realize that you’ve put your money into this ministry need, so my goal is to reimburse you as soon as I can. Having said that, there are a few challenges that prevent immediate reimbursement:
- I don’t always have time to take care of this right away, because there are other ministry needs too.
- Sometimes we are limited by the means of reimbursement available… such as weekly limitations on venmo.
- Sometimes when you fill out the form, it’s unclear what ministry it’s for. Please do not be vague. These things that are asked of you in this reimbursement form are very specifically asked. Make sure that I know what ministry it’s for AS WELL AS which specific event. If I have to ask for clarification, it wastes time for you and me.
